Brian Gutkoski

Brian is an attorney for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. Prior to beginning at RTA, he was an assistant county prosecutor for Cuyahoga County for over a decade. He worked for three different elected prosecutors during his tenure. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida and has represented clients in state and federal courts in both states. Brian argued before the Ohio Supreme Court on five different occasions and is a member of the Northeast Ohio Law Directors and Parma Bar Associations.

Brian began on trumpet in 1985 and studied under Katherine G. Musat, also a member of the Parma Symphony Orchestra. He is a 1996 graduate of Valley Forge H.S., and was a four year member of the high school’s orchestra, conducted by Dr. Randolph P. Laycock. He has played trumpet, intermittently, with the PSO since then. While at Baldwin-Wallace, he was a member of the jazz ensemble. He currently plays in the Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra, the Deutscher Musik Verein, or German Music Society, performing regularly in various community ensembles throughout Northeast Ohio.
